接触二硫化碳退休工人健康流行病学调查

目的 研究长期接触CS2工人退休后的健康效应。方法 应用修订的芬兰职业卫生研究所工作能力问卷（中文版）进行横断面调查。 结果 接触组各系统疾病得分均高于对照组，其中退休前事故损伤、呼吸系统疾病、心理健康和神经感觉器官疾病；退休后事故损伤、呼吸系统疾病、心理健康和内分泌等疾病；退休后生活能力等分两组差别有统计意义。结论 本研究提示了长期接触CS2有可能引起多系统器官、心理行为等的阳性改变以及生活能力下降。

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY ON HEALTH EFFECT OF RETIRED WORKERS WITH LONG-TERM EXPOSEDTO CARBON DISULFIDE

Objective To elaborate the health effect of retired workers with long-term exposure to carbon disulfide. Methods The revised Finish Working Ability Index Questionnaire was applied in a cross-sectional design study. Results Score of workers in exposure group were significantly higher than control group in accident injury, respiratory system diseases, psychological health and nervous system diseases in pre-retire stage, and accident injury, respiratory system diseases, psychological health, endocrine diseases and life quality in post-retire stage. Conclusion Long-term exposure to CS2 may result in positive health effect of multi-system and psychobehavior, as well as lower life quality in workers.
