| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学技术已广泛应用于肿瘤的发生机制、肿瘤特异性标志物的筛选和鉴定、疗效评价等方面的研究,也应用于宫颈癌的早期诊断、临床分期、筛选治疗靶点等方面的探索,从蛋白质组水平揭示了宫颈癌蛋白质表达谱的变化,为宫颈癌诊断和治疗的发展提供了可靠的理论依据.
