爱卫系统健康促进能力研究

目的:以上海市健康自我管理小组行动为切入点,对上海市健康促进队伍健康促进能力进行研究.方法:随机整群抽取上海市5个区县健康自我管理小组行动具体组织实施人员,即5区全部街镇爱卫办干部,进行定量调查及焦点组访谈.结果:健康促进能力的优势是组织体系和执行人员认识到位,具备基本的健康促进知识,但劣势是政府投入不足,人力资源较为缺乏.结论:应更加注重健康促进实践技能的培训,建立健全保障机制,进一步普及市民理念,以促进健康促进能力的提高以及上海市民健康自我管理小组行动的可持续性发展.

The study on health promotion capacity of Shanghai Patriotic Health Campaign team

Objective： To assess the health promotion capacity of implementation departments （the office of Shanghai Patriotic Health Campaign Committee） of Shanghai health self-management group activities. Methods： All the staffs from the offices of Patriotic Health Campaign Committee in randomly sampled five districts were interviewed in focus groups and investigated with questionnaire. Results： The strength of health promotion capacity was the attitude. Most of the staffs had basic knowledge in health promotion, but the weakness was the lack of government investment and the shortage of human resources. Conclusion： More attention should be paid to health promotion practice skills training, better safe-guard mechanism should be built and the health self-management concept should be popularized further to promote health promotion capacity and the sustainable development of Shanghai health self-management group.
