| 摘 要： | 目的了解中国籍远洋船员对艾滋病的知识、态度和行为情况并分析其原因,为在这一特殊人群中采取针对性的宣传策略提供依据。方法对2010年3月到2010年6月停靠岚山港码头的404名中国籍远洋船员进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果艾滋病知识总知晓率水平一般,基本知道艾滋病的三条传播途径,对保护艾滋病病人的隐私比较赞同,认为对艾滋病病人应关心、同情。船员报告找过性工作者的比例较高,在已婚船员中性行为使用安全套进行自我保护的比例较低。结论目前国际航行交通工具上的中国籍船员的艾滋病传播知识水平有了很大提高,但离国家质量监督检验检疫总局发布的《口岸艾滋病预防与控制行动计划(2006-2010)》要求仍有差距。艾滋病相关知识教育培训仍应进一步加强,进一步拓展教育方式方法,重点开展性安全知识和道德规范的宣传教育,提高他们抵御艾滋病风险的能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide references for HIV/AIDS health education by studying the HIV/AIDS knowl- edge, attitude and behavior of the Chinese crew of international sailing traffic. Methods Anonym uniform ques- tionnaires are distributed among 404 Chinese crews docked the lanshan port during March 2010 to June 2010. Results The results showed that the general awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge is not high. Most of them know the three routs of HIV/AIDS transmission, approve to protect the secrets of HIV/AI~S patient and think the HIV/AIDS patient should be cared and sympathized. Conclusion Currently HIV/AIDS knowledge level of Chi- nese crew on international sailing traffic is higher than before, but it still lower than the standard proposed by AQ- SIQ. Hence HIV/AIDS education should be further strengthened, especially focusing on sex safety and moral norm |
