中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法随机将诊断为中重度慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的患者80例等分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,各自连续治疗8周后比较分析其临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组痊愈19例,显效12例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%;单纯西药治疗组痊愈9例,显效8例,有效9例,无效14例,总有效率65.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中西医结合治疗组NIH-CPSI各项评分在治疗前后下降程度较单纯西药组更显著（P〈0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎能取得更好疗效,值得继续深入研究。

Clinial efficacy evaluation on the the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with integrated chinese-western therapy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on the treatment of chronic non- bacterial prostatitis with integrated chinese-western therapy. Methods 80 cases diagnosed in midrange and severe chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is randly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases included in the observation group were treated with integrated chinese-western therapy, 40 cases included in the control group were treated only with western medicine, comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the respective continuous treatment for 8 weeks. Results The observation group is 19 cases cured, 12 cases markedly effective, five cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90.00%; the control group is 9 cases cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 65.00%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the observation group on the NIH- CPSI score decrease after treatment is more significant than the control group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The integrated chinese-western therapy of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis can achieve better clinical efficacy, it is worth of in-depth study.
