摘    要:目的:通过对上海、陕西、浙江和湖南4省(市)电子计算机断层扫描技术(CT)、医用磁共振成像设备(MRI)配置和利用现状的分析,为我国乙类大型医用设备配置规划和管理提供政策建议。方法:采用抽样调查的方法,对4省(市)CT、MRI的配置和利用现状进行调查,使用Epidata3.1进行数据录入,SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果:4省(市)CT、MRI配置利用呈现不同特点,上海市CT、MRI配置量较其余3省高,陕西省配置量为4省(市)最低。东部地区配备的设备较西部地区高级。CT、MRI年服务人次数逐年递增,且以住院病人利用为主;设备利用效率普遍不高,且不同地区、不同等级医院间差别较大。结论:以CT、MRI为例的大型医用设备配置利用上还存在一定问题,仍需加强宏观调控。

Abstract:Objective: To provide recommendations for allocation programming and management of Class B major medical equipment in China by analyzing the current situation of the allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in Shanghai, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and Hunan province. Methods: Sampling method was used to investigate the data of allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in four provinces. Epidata software was used for data entry and SPSS for statistical analysis. Results: Data of allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in four provinces showed different characteristics. The amount of major medical equipments in Shanghai was larger than that in the other three provinces and the amount was at the lowest level in Shaanxi. The quality of CT and MR/in eastern region of China was better than that in the western region. The yearly health service number kept increasing, within which a higher proportion was due to inpatients. However, the efficiency of CT and MRI utilization was generally low, and the data varied greatly among hospitals with different levels in different regions. Conduslon: There are still some problems on allocation and utilization of major medical equipments, such as CT and MRI, and macro-control should be strengthened in order to solve these problems.
