| 摘 要： | 对哮喘发作期病人支气管粘膜活检标本进行了研究。电镜下发现：嗜酸粒细胞（ＥＯＳ）胞浆内分泌颗粒体密度（Ｖｖ）及数量（Ｎ）显著减少，比表面增大，提示：哮喘发作期ＥＯＳ处于明显的脱颗粒状态。

| Abstract: | To study the granules of the eosinophil(Eos)in the bronchial mucosa of patients with asthma during attack,bronchial mucosa biopsies taken from 12 asthmatics during attack and 12 in remission were investigated Under electron miscroscopy the volume density(Vv) and the number of the granules in Eos decreased significantly and specific surface enlarged markedly compared with those in remission,this indicates there is marked degranulation of Eos in asthmatics during attack |
