摘    要: 目的:建立咳喘涂膜剂中黄芩苷体外经皮渗透检测方法,考察促进剂对黄芩苷经皮渗透的影响。方法:以双室渗透扩散装置进行体外渗透实验,采用双波长薄层扫描法检测黄芩苷的渗透量,筛选促进剂。结果:在几种典型促进剂中,对黄芩苷的促渗作用依次为月桂氮酮、油酸、丙二醇。月桂氮酮在涂膜剂中作用的最佳浓度是体积分数为6%。结论:采用薄层扫描法检测黄芩苷的渗透量,无需分离成分,并可消除皮肤对测定的干扰。咳喘涂膜剂中选择体积分数为6%的月桂氮酮为促进剂可使黄芩苷渗透速率提高17倍。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a measurement for the permeation of baicalin through rat skin in vitro and study the effect of enhancers on the permeation rate of baicalin. METHOD: Baicalin permeation through rat skin in vitro was performed in a two compartment diffusion cell. The amounts of baicalin cumulative permeation were determined with a dual wavelength thin layer of chromatography. RESULTS: The effect of the enhancers was as follows: Azone>oleic acid>1,2 propylene glycol. Six percent of Azone was the most effective. CONCLUSION: The measurement for the permeation of a baicalin through rat skin in vitro was reliable. When 6% of Azone was used as an enhancer, the permeation rate of baicalin from the product was as much as 17 times of the control.
