| 摘 要： | 目的 :切除下颌骨肿瘤,同期应用血管化腓骨肌瓣180折叠即刻种植牙植入骨中修复下颌骨缺损 ,探讨腓骨肌瓣折叠及即刻种植牙植入的手术特点。方法 :对1例下颌骨造釉细胞瘤的病人行肿瘤及下颌骨切除的同时将腓骨肌瓣180折叠并移植至缺损部即刻植入种植牙一枚。结果 :六个月后曲面断层片显示种植体骨整合愈合情况良好。结论 :腓骨肌瓣180折叠即刻种植体植入可以一次手术达到恢复有牙患者下颌骨应有高度和连续性及咀嚼功能的目的

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the characteristics of vascularized folding fibular free flap with simultanous placement of inplant. Methods:One case suffering from mandibular ameloblastoma underwent partial mandibulectomy.One vascularized fibular free flap was folded up and grafted to repair the mandibular defect with immediate insertion of one implant. Results: 6 months later,X-ray showed osseointegration between the implant and grafted bone. Conclusion: Vascularized folding fibular free flap with simultanous placement implant could be used to rehabilitate patient's facial contour and mastication at the same time. |
