乙型肝炎病毒传播与感染途径的研究分析

目的了解HBV的传播与感染途径,为预防乙型肝炎提供依据。方法采集血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物为标本,用聚合酶链反应方法检测HBV-DNA。结果4种标本均可检测到HBV-DNA阳性结果。结论血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物中存在HBV,HBV可以通过这些体液传播;直接接触含有HBV的体液,可以感染HBV。

The study on the spread way and infection way of hepatitis B virus

Objective To understand the way ofthe spread and infection on hepatitis B virus(HBV)for the prevention of hepatitis B.Methods Blood,saliva,seminal fluid and excretion of vagina were gathered from the study objects to as specimens Polymerase chain reaction detected HBV-DNA in the specimens Results All the specimens wre detected positive results of HBV-DNA.Conclusion There are HBV in the humor including blood,saliva,seminal fluid and excretion of vagina,so HBV can be spread by the humor and someone can be infected by touching the humor.
