摘    要:目的 观察臭氧对大鼠造成的氧化损伤和番茄红素 (LP)对损伤的影响。方法 利用臭氧吸入造成氧化损伤模型 ,以黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清和肺匀浆的SOD活性 ,硫代巴比妥显色法测定MDA含量 ,DTNB比色法测定GSH Px活力。结果 各番茄红素给药组的大鼠血清和肺组织的SOD活性、GSH Px活力上升 ,MDA含量降低 ,与模型组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 番茄红素可以保护臭氧造成的大鼠氧化损伤

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Lycopene(LP) on the oxidative damage of lung induced by exposing ozone. Methods The injury model of lung was induced by exposing ozone. The xanthines oxidize method and TBA was used to determine SOD, MDA and GSH-Px in serum and lung respectively. Results Compared with model rats,SOD and GSH-Px in the group of LP administrated were increased and MDA were decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion it was showed that LP could protect oxidative damage of lung induced by ozone in rats.
