在基层医院开展不使用消耗品的电视胸腔镜手术

目的:总结不使用一次性消耗品的电视胸腔镜手术诊断治疗各种胸外科疾病的经验。方法:90例VATS手术只使用常规VATS及开胸手术器械,部分病例作一5~10cm长的小切口辅助。病种包括:自发性气胸、肺癌、胸腔积液、胸外伤、肺良性肿瘤、纵隔肿瘤等。结果:平均手术时间115m in(25~155m in),术后平均胸腔引流时间2.5d(1~25d),术后平均住院日9d(7~26d),因胸膜粘连中转开胸6例,发生胸部并发症10例,全部病例无手术死亡。结论:开展不使用一次性消耗品的VATS手术,创伤小,恢复快,手术难度不大,病人住院费用减轻,适合在基层医院广泛开展。

Study Video-assisted thoracoscopic Surgery without consumption in basic Hospital

Objective: To sum up the experience in treating thorax disease by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Withowt consumption.Method: 90 cases VATS were adopted with normal instrument for thoracotomy only some of the cases were incision of 5~10cm including spontaneous pneumothorax.lung cancer,pleural effusion;thorax injury;maglinant and begain in lung mediastinal neoplasms.Result: All the average time for operation is 115min(25~155min),the average time for thoracis cavity drainage is 2.5d(1~26days).6 cases were transfered thoracotomy for pleural adhesion 10 cases with thorax complication.There's no death case in the operation.Conclusion: The VATS without consumption has the feature of lets injury,fast recovery,Easy to operate,Cost less during the courses.And It's worth spreading in the basic hospital.
