| 摘 要： | 社会、经济以及医学的发展对我国医疗卫生事业提出了更高的要求。医疗卫生系统需要通过加强区域卫生规划、拓宽卫生筹资渠道、建立现代产权制度等方式深化卫生经济改革,提高自身运行绩效,从而更好地满足人民群众的健康需求。
