| 摘 要： | 目的：测定胶原蛋白贴敷料中胶原蛋白的含量。方法：采用比色法，检测波长为540nm。结果：胶原蛋白在0．2mg／ml-2．0mg／ml范围内呈良好的线性关系=O．0368—0．0078，r为0．9908（n=6），平均回收率为95．8％，RSD为2．3％。结论：该方法可以作为胶原蛋白贴敷料中胶原蛋白含量的测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： Testing the content of collagen in Collagen Dressing. Method： Colorimetry has been adopt, the determining wavelength was 540nm. Results： It indicates that a good linear relationship when collagen is in the range of 0.2 mg/ml-2.0 mg/ml, =0.0368 -0.0078 r=0,9908（n=6）, The average recovery is 95.8%, RSD is 2,3%, Conclusion： The method is an accurate and reliable method for detection the content of collagen in Collagen Dressing. |
