血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的观察与护理

目的探讨血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的观察与护理。方法71例重型肝炎患者被随机分成治疗组和对照组。在综合治疗的基础上，治疗组同时给予血浆置换治疗，观察两组的临床效果，总结护理经验和体会。结果37例患者在血浆置换治疗后，临床症状显著改善，肝、肾功能及凝血酶原时间明显好转；治疗组早期和中、晚期患者的存活率分别为88．0％和58．3％，显著高于对照组的47．83％和36．36％（P〈0．05）。结论做好血浆置换前准备，熟练掌握操作技能，密切观察与精心护理，才能保证血浆置换治疗的顺利完成。

Observation of patients with severe hepatitis treated with plasma exchange

Objective To observe the patients with severe hepatitis treated with plasma exchange. Methods 71 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into PE treatment and the control. The patients in control group received comprehensive routine treatments while other 37 were given plasma exchange in combination with comprehensive routine treatments. Results The patients＇clinical symptoms were significantly relieved compared with the control group,together with a marked improvement in liver and renal functions. Survival rates of early and end-stage patients in PE treatment group were 88% and 58.33%,which were both obviously higher than those in control group （47.83% and 36.36% respectively）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusions It is importent for plesma exchange therapy that the operator has a good preparation,skilles operational skill close obseroation and intensive care.
