| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨庆大霉素重组合异种骨(G-RBX)在骨缺损修复时代谢活性的动态变化，同时为爆炸伤骨缺损寻找有效的骨缺损修复材料。方法 犬的左后肢用雷管炸伤，用G-RBX修复缺损，在修复后2、4、8、16、24周静脉内注射^99MTc-亚甲基二磷酸盐(MDP)，进行SPECT骨扫描，探测局部骨代谢活动的变化，检测这种材料在不同时间的成骨活性。结果 在用这种骨材料后，2周时局部具有明显的成骨活性，4周时达到高峰，16周开始下降，结合X光片，可以看出这种材料可以促进骨缺损的修复。结论 G-RBX具有良好的成骨活性，可作为1种有效的爆炸伤骨缺损修复材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the local metabolization of gentamicin loaded recongstituted bone xenograft(G-RBX) utilized to repair the bone defect,and to find a stuff which could be used in blasted bone defect.Methods A canine model of bone defect caused by detonator was repaired by G-RBX,then the radionuclide image was detected with Technetium-99m methylene-diphosphate by SPECT in order to study the stuff speciality of bone formation.Results After repair,high density image showed locally in 2w,turned up peak in 4w and descended gradually in 16w.Combined study with X-ray photograph,the stuff proves to be effective in accelerating the process of bone formation.Conclusion G-RBX is a good agent in the treatment of blasted bone defect. |
