椎管肿瘤的MRI诊断

目的：分析椎管内肿瘤的ＭＲＩ表现，以提高对该病的定位、定性及鉴别诊断水平。方法：收集６３例手术病理证实的椎管内肿瘤，重点分析肿瘤在ＭＲＩ上的形态、边界、信号特点及增强情况。结果：髓内肿瘤，尤其当肿瘤很小时，其边界不清、三方位成像始终显示脊髓增粗的特点至关重要；在对髓外膜内肿瘤的神经鞘瘤与脊膜瘤鉴别中，观察Ｔ２ＷＩ的信号强度最有意义，并有其病理学根据；硬膜外肿瘤中，转移瘤最多见，但也有少量良性肿瘤。结论：椎管内肿瘤在ＭＲＩ上各有特征，ＭＲＩ有着重要的定位定性价值

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis of Intraspinal Tumor

Objective:The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of intraspinal tumors were analyzed in order to detect their location and nature accurately and improve the differentiable diagnosis from other diseases.Methods:Sixty-three cases of pathologically proved intraspinal tumors were studied.MRI featrures of these tumors were analyzed with emphasis on characteristic of tumor appearance,margin,signal and contrast-enhancement.Results:For spinal cord tumor,especially when the tumor is small,it is important to study carefully if the margin is ill-defined and the spine cord distended on three-dimension imaging.For the differential diagnosis from neurinoma and meningioma,the signal characteristic of T 2WI is the most important,which could be explained by pathology.Metastatic carcinoma is most common in epidural tumor,but some other tumors may be observed.Conclusion:There are characteristic MRI features in all intraspinal tumors.MRI is a valuable for diagnosis of intraspinal tumors.
