呼吸系统急症的内科诊治

目的探讨呼吸系统常见疾病的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年1月至2008年1月收治的肺不张、大量咯血、哮喘持续发作、慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)、肺水肿等呼吸系统急症患者103例的临床资料,总结其治疗方法及临床效果。结果该组患者经过我院积极的对症治疗,大部分患者的临床症状得到了缓解,其中显效63例,有效28例,总有效率为88.3%(91/103)。结论呼吸系统急症发病机制较为复杂,应该及时诊断,正确采用综合措施进行处理,以尽早缓解症状。

Medical diagnosis and treatment of Acute respiratory

Objective Explore the respiratory system of common diseases diagnostic methods and therapeutic effect.Methods A retrospective study since January 2007 to January 2008 was atelectasis,a large number of haemoptysis,asthma and chronic obstructie pulmonary emphysema sustained attack（COPD）,and pulmonary patients with acute respiratory system as the clinical data of 103 cases,treatment methods and clinical effect.Results This group of patients after our positive symptomatic treatment,most patients with clinical symptoms eased,overall powerfully 63,28 cases,the total effective rate was 88.3%（91/103）.Conclusion Acute respiratory system is relatively complex,pathogenesis,the correct diagnosis should promptly processed by comprehensive measures to alleviate the symptoms as soon as possible.
