氯硝西泮静脉注射治疗冲动兴奋患者对照研究

目的：观察静脉注射氯硝西泮对兴奋状态精神疾病患者的疗效和安全性。方法：将患者随机分为研究组（n=110）和对照组（n=108）,研究组静脉注射氯硝西泮2～4mg,对照组肌内注射氟哌啶醇10～20mg。观察给药后6h患者安静下来的例数及所需时间、需要防护例数及防护时间、合作例数和修订版外显攻击行为（MOAS）评分。结果：6h后研究组安静下来78例,对照组58例（P〈0.01）;研究组安静下来需（8.99±5.62）min,对照组（26.78±16.38）min（P〈0.01）。研究组需防护26例,对照组44例（P〈0.01）;研究组防护时间（56.57±56.97）min,对照组（87.52±59.67）min（P〈0.01）。研究组合作83例,对照组60例（P〈0.01）。研究组MOAS评分较对照组显著降低（P〈0.01）。氯硝西泮不良反应多为轻度或中度,无须特殊处理。结论：静脉注射氯硝西泮能快速控制精神疾病患者的兴奋状态,提高护理合作率,降低防护率,缩短防护时间,家属容易接受,安全性大,有推广价值。

A control study on clonazepam intravenous injection in treating the acute excitement of psychotic patients

Objective: To explore efficacy and safety of clonazepam intravenous injection in treatment of acute excitement of psychotic patients.
