| Abstract: | A im To develop a HPLC m ethod for the determ ination of chlorogen ic ac id and acac iin from Shu m itong granu les.M ethod Chlorogen ic ac id and acac iin were determ ined by HPLC m ethod.Sh impack VP-ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was used w ith mob ile phase ofm ethanol-water-glac ial acetic ac id-triethylam ine（15∶84∶1∶0.3）w ith the flow rate 1.0 m l.m in-1.The column temperature was 30℃.The in jection volum e was 20μl and the detection wave length was set at 334 nm.R esu lts The linear range of chlorogen ic ac id and acac iin was 3.2 ~32.0 mg.L-1（r=0.999 6） and 8.08 ~80.8 mg.L-1（r=0.999 4）,and the average recovery was 98.7% w ith RSD 1.09% and 97.6% w ith RSD 1.31% respectively.C onc lu sion The m ethod was rap id,conven ient,accurate,and su itab le for the quality control of contents of chlorogen ic ac id and acac iin in Shum itong granu les. |
