| 摘 要： | 目的：探寻乳磨牙根管分布及根管初尖锉使用型号,为临床乳磨牙根管治疗中寻找根管及选择合适的根管治疗器械提供参考。方法：选择169颗乳磨牙,记录每颗牙齿根管分布情况及各根管初尖锉的型号,计算各根管可进入指数。结果：上颌第一乳磨牙有3个根管,上颌第二乳磨牙有3个或4个根管,下颌第一乳磨牙有2个或3个或4个根管,下颌第二乳磨牙有3个或4个根管。第一乳磨牙根管可进入指数低于第二乳磨牙相应根管可进入指数。结论：第二乳磨牙较第一乳磨牙根管粗大,治疗器械容易进入,治疗相对容易。
