| 摘 要： | 目的研究刺松藻多糖抗凝血作用及对血小板聚集的影响。方法采用热水浸提乙醇沉淀法制备刺松藻多糖。家兔心脏采血,取血浆检测活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT),凝血酶原时间(PT)和凝血酶时间(TT);采用红外比浊法测定刺松藻多糖对血小板聚集的影响。采用胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导小鼠血栓模型实验,检测刺松藻多糖抗血栓作用。结果刺松藻多糖能显著延长家兔血浆APTT、PT和TT;显著抑制由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)引起的家兔血小板聚集,对胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导的小鼠血栓性偏瘫及死亡率均有明显降低。结论刺松藻多糖具有抗凝血、抑制血小板聚集和抗血栓作用。
