| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析三维能量多普勒及容积直方图监测妊娠20周以后胎盘后螺旋动脉血流动力学变化,客观判定此种监测方法的价值。方法病例总人数320例,超声三维能量多普勒容积直方图测定胎盘床螺旋动脉血流动力学变化,其中包括血流指数(FI)、血流/血管比值(VFI),并将两组数据相比较。结果监测的总准确率为95.65%,与确诊结果具有正相关性0
