| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检查在早期异位妊娠诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对135例临床可疑异位妊娠的患者,采用经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声、进行检查,将超声结果与临床病理以及随访资料进行对比。结果超声诊断异位妊娠107例,经临床手术及保守治疗后确诊104例,假阳性2.8%,假阴性1.9%,诊断准确率95.3%。结论 CDFI超声检查在早期异位妊娠诊断中能够提供有价值的信息,可对绝大部分异位妊娠进行准确诊断。
