两种不同方法治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤的疗效观察

目的评价平阳霉素+地塞米松瘤内注射治疗与90Sr皮肤敷贴器+平阳霉素治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将195例儿童皮肤血管瘤的患者均衡分为两组,80例采用平阳霉素+地塞米松瘤内注射治疗(单纯注射治疗组),115例采用90Sr皮肤敷贴器+平阳霉素治疗(放射结合注射治疗组),观察其疗效和不良反应。结果平阳霉素+地塞米松瘤内注射治疗有效率为82.5%(65/85),90Sr皮肤敷贴器+平阳霉素治疗组有效率为93.9%(108/115),放射治疗组其疗效明显优于单纯注射治疗组。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组的不良反应发生率分别是:单纯注射治疗组12.9%(11/85)、放射结合注射治疗组12.2%(14/115),差异无显着性意义(P>0.05)。结论 90Sr皮肤敷贴器+平阳霉素治疗是治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤有效的方法。

Study on curative effect of two different methods on mixed cutaneous hemangioma in children

Objective To study the curative effect and side effects of cutaneous hemangioma in children treated with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone intratumoral injection or by 90Sr skin application and pingyangmycin injection.Methods Eighty of 195 pediatric cases of cutaneous hemangioma were treated by pingyangmycin and dexamethasone intratumoral injection and the remaining 115 cases of cutaneous hemangioma were treated by 90Sr skin application and pingyangmycin injection separately,and their curative effect and side effects were observed.Results The cured rate of cases treated with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone intratumoral injection was 82.5%（65/85）,and it was 93.9%（108/115） in patients treated by 90Sr skin application and pingyangmycin injection.The cure rate of cases treated with radiotherapy was higher than that of injection group.There was significant difference in curative effect between these two groups（P0.01）.The rates of side effects were 12.9%（11/85） and 12.2%（14/115） respectively in two groups.There was no significant difference in occurrence of side effects between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic regimen of skin application of 90Sr and injection of pingyangmycin is effective in treatment of cutaneous hemangioma in children.
