| 摘 要： | 目的了解国产BC-5500血液分析仪性能,与日本产XT-1800i血液分析仪进行对比。方法采用BC-5500与XT-1800i两仪器测定同一质控物项目有白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血小板(PLT)]和两仪器测定同时测定低、中、高三水平病人血液项目有WBC、RBC、HB、HCT、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、PLT]。结果国产BC-5500血液分析仪与日本产XT-1800i血液分析仪测得血细胞参数各项指标无显著性差异。结论 BC-5500具良好性能,与XT-1800i具较好的可比性,国产血液分析仪可以替代进口仪器进行血液分析。
