洛伐他汀治疗老年退行性心脏瓣膜病120例临床观察

目的研究洛伐他汀对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)的治疗效果和安全性。方法 2005～2007年在我院住院并诊断为SDHVD的患者120例,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=62)在基础治疗上加用洛伐他汀20 mg/睡前,对照组接受基础治疗(n=58),平均随访时间24月。记录不良心血管事件(心衰,急性冠脉综合征和死亡)的发生情况。结果治疗组共发生心衰事件102人次,对照组则为97人次(P>0.05);急性冠脉事件在治疗组有7例(12.07%),低于对照组的13例(20.97%)(P<0.05)。结论 洛伐他汀对减少SDHVD的急性冠脉事件有效,但不能降低心衰发生率和总病死率。

Effect of lovastatin in treatment of senile degenerative heart valvular disease in elderly patients

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and side effects of lovastatin in treatment of patients with senile degenerative heart valvular disease（SDHVD）.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with SDHVD were randomly assigned to lovastatin group receiving lovastatin（20 mg QN,n=62） or control group（without lovastatin,n=58）,then they were followed-up for 24 months.All patients in these two groups received other conventional therapy for SDHVD.The major adverse cardiac events such as heart failure,acute coronary syndrome and sudden death were compared between lovastatin group and control group.Results There were 102 person-times of heart failure in lovastatin group and 97 person-times of heart failure in control group（P0.05）.There were 7 patients suffered from acute coronary syndrome in lovastatin group,and the occurrence of this side effect was lower than that of 13 patients in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Lovastatin is effective in treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome,but it can not decrease the occurrence of heart failure and sudden death in patients with SDHVD.
