| 摘 要： | 目的对194例住院结核病患者的痰标本获得的结核杆菌做耐药性检测，为临床制定抗痨方案提供一定的参考依据。方法对2007年至2010年的194例患者痰培养结核菌阳性患者的痰标本，分别做抗结核一线药物：异烟肼（INH），利福平（RFP，），乙胺丁醇（EMB），链霉素（SM）的药敏试验，了解各药在初治和复治患者中的耐药情况。结果118例初治患者和76例复治患者对INH的耐药例数分别15和39例，耐药率分别15．25％和51．31％；对RFP的耐药例数分别lO和29例，耐药率分别8．47％和38．16％；对EMB的耐药例数分别8和20例，耐药率分别6．78％和26．32％；对SM的耐药例数分别6和28例，耐药率分别5．08％和36．84％。结论初治和复治患者均对INH的耐药率最高，其次为RFP及EMB，SM。复治患者的耐药率明显增高。耐两种或以上结核药的例数明显高于初治患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the drug resistance of acid-fast bacilli to chemo-drugs for tubercuolosis patients.Methods acid-fast bacilli were isolated from 194 patients with tuberculosis.The resistance to isoniazid(INH),rifampicin(RFP,),ethambutol(EMB),streptomycin(SM) were detected.Results The resistance rate of patients of newly diagnosed and recurred is 15.25%,51.31% to INH,8.47%,38.16% to REP,6.78%,26.32% to EMB and 5.08%,36.84% to streptomysin respectively.drug resistance is much more common in relapsed p... |
