小剂量膦甲酸钠滴注加泛昔洛韦口服治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

目的探讨小剂量膦甲酸钠滴注加泛昔洛韦片口服治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法我院自2007年1月至2008年1月收治90例带状疱疹的患者,其中40例口服泛昔洛韦片2片/次,3次/d,连用10 d,作为对照组。另外50例在对照组的基础上静滴膦甲酸钠注射液,0.64 g×2支/滴,3次/d,连用5 d,作为治疗组。比较两组患者的临床疗效及止痛、结痂、脱痂时间。结果治疗组痊愈30例,显效17例,总有效率为94.0%(47/50),显著高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05);且治疗组止痛、结痂、脱痂时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量膦甲酸钠滴注加泛昔洛韦片口服治疗带状疱疹临床效果较好,其见效快,明显缓解患者症状,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on infusion of small dosage foscarnet sodium combined with oral administration of famciclovir tablets in treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To explore the efficacy of infusion of small dosage foscarnet sodium combined with oral administration of famciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of herpes zoster treated in this hospital during January 2007 to January 2008 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Among them,40 cases of herpes zoster treated by oral administration of famciclovir 2 tablets/time,3 times/d,for 10 consecutive days,and they were served as control group.The remaining 50 cases in trial group were treated with infusion of foscarnet sodium,0.64 gx 2 / drop,3 times a day for 5 days besides the oral administration of famciclovir with same dosage as in patients of control group.The therapeutic effect,pain relieving,scabbing and scab exfoliating time were compared among patients of these two groups.Results In patients of trial group,cure had been obtained in 30,effective in 17,and the total effective rate was 94.0%（47/50）,and it was significantly higher than that of control group 77.5%（31/40）（P0.05）.The effectiveness of pain relieving,scabbing and scab exfoliating time in patients of trial group were remarkably superior to those of patients in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effectiveness of intravenous infusion of small dosage foscarnet sodium combined with oral administration of famciclovir tablets in treatment of patients with herpes zoster is good,and it can rapidly and obviously alleviate symptoms,so it is worthy to be recommended and popularized.
