心理学在儿童牙病治疗中的应用

目的探讨心理疗法在儿童牙病治疗中的作用。方法在口腔门诊随机选择268例1～12岁的牙病患儿,将其均分为两组。研究组通过观察儿童的情绪和行为表现,在儿童牙病治疗中采用不同的心理疗法。对照组采取常规治疗。结果研究组通过临床心理学干预,取得患儿的信任和配合,85.8%(115/134)的患儿能配合治疗。对照组仅39.56%(53/134)患儿能配合治疗。结论 医护人员对患儿采取心理诱导疗法进行口腔疾病治疗,可以非常明显地取得患儿的主动配合,是帮助儿童积极治疗牙病的重要手段。

Application of psychological therapy in treatment of dental diseases in children

Objective To study the psychological therapy in treatment of dental diseases in children.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with age of 1～12 years old in Dental Clinic were randomly selected for this study.All these patients with dental diseases were treated in addition of different psychological therapy according to their mood and behavior.Results The clinical psychology intervention,children and guardians to obtain the trust and cooperation,85.8% of children are able to cooperate with the treatment.In the control gourp 39.56% of children are able to cooperate with the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of oral disease in children should combine with mental health care for induction therapy,and it can be made very clear that initiative benefit is to help children with an important means of accessory mental treatment.
