转移抑制基因nm23—H1蛋白表达与结直肠癌的关系

摘    要:目的:研究转移抑制基因nm23-H1蛋白表达与结直肠癌生物学行为的关系,探讨nm23-H1基因表达在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化技术,对46例结直肠癌组织中nm23-H1基因的表达状态进行定位观察。结果:结直肠癌nm23-H1基因蛋白阳性表达率为43.5%;nm23-H1基因的表达与结直肠癌的分化程度及肿块大小无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移,临床分期以及侵犯深度有相关差异(P<0.05);随着转移的发生,侵犯深度的增加以及疾病向晚期发展,nm23-H1基因的阳性表达率逐渐下降,直至完全失活。结论:作为肿瘤转移抑制基因,nm23-H1基因在调控癌细胞增殖,抑制癌细胞转移方面起着重要的作用;nm23-H1蛋白可作为临床判断结直肠癌侵袭转移,临床分期和患者预后的指标之一。

Abstract:ve: To study the relationship between expression of nm23 - H1 gene protein and biological behavior of col-orectal cancer, and analyze the significance of nm23 - H1 gene expression in genesis and progress of colorectal cancer. Method: Im-munohistochemistry was used to detect the status of nm23 - H1 gene protein expression in 46 cases of colorectal cancer. Results:The positive rate of nm23 - H1 protein was 43.5% in colorectal cancer; the expression of nm23 - H1 protein were not significant correlation of the differentiation extent and the size of colorectal cancer( P >0. 05), but significant correlation of lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and invasive depth (P>0.05) . In the wake of metastasis occurrence, invasive depth increase and cancer development, the positive rate of nm23 - H1 protein was decreased gradually, finally till to inactivation completely. Conclusion: nm23 - H1, as a human metastasis suppressor gene, plays an important role in regulating cancer cell proliferation and inhibiting cancer cell metastasis ;nm23 -H protein may be considered as an index for judging the invasion, metastasis, clinical stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
