摘 要: | 目的 探索人组织工程神经的构造方法。方法 应用直接植块法将人胚雪旺细胞种植于鼠尾胶包埋的聚羟基乙酸和聚乳酸共聚物支架上,观察细胞在支架上的吸附迁移和生长情况。结果 直接植块法能在较短时间内使人胚雪旺细胞长满支架表面,且保持良好的功能状态。结论 直接植块法是一种实用的构建人组织工程人工神经的方法。

Application of Direct Explant-culture Method to Construct Artificial Nerve from Human Embryo Schwann Cells |

Abstract: | Purpose To investigate a procedure for fabricating human tissue engineering nerves. Methods The human embryo Schwann cells were seeded on polyglactin910 scaffolds coated with rat tail collagen by direct explant-culture method. Oberservations of the growth and migration of the Schwann cells were made. Results The human Schwann cells could wrap up the polyglactin910 fibres in shorter time by direct explant-culture method, and keep in good funtions. Conclusions Direct explant-culture method is a praticable procedure for fabricating human tissue engineering nerves. |
