摘    要:念珠菌作为院内感染的常见机会性致病菌,实时荧光定量PCR技术已应用于念珠菌临床快速诊断、基因分型、耐药等研究。实时荧光定量PCR技术以灵敏、快速、安全、准确、高通量等特性,不仅在分子生物学领域作为常规的分析检测方法,而且在医院临床标本病原体的检测、遗传性疾病的诊断、检疫、法医学标本的鉴定等领域也逐步得到了广泛运用。

Abstract:Candida species is the commone opportunist pathogen responsible for candidiasis in hospital infection.In this paper we reviewed the application of RTFQ-PCR in dentification,drug resistance,genotypic identification of Candida species were summerized in detail.
