肛滴平喘汤对COPD模型大鼠肺组织病理变化的影响

摘    要:目的观察肛滴平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作模型大鼠肺组织病理变化的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、泼尼松组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、肛滴平喘汤中剂量组、肛滴平喘汤低剂量组,每组10只,采用熏香烟加气管注射脂多糖法复制COPD急性发作大鼠模型,HE染色观察大鼠肺脏病理变化。结果模型组肺部炎性细胞浸润,肺泡间隔增宽,肺泡壁断裂融合形成肺泡气肿,代偿性肺气肿形成。肛滴平喘汤治疗组炎细胞浸润减轻,较模型组有明显的改善。结论肛滴平喘汤可以减轻肺脏病理损害,有效缓解COPD大鼠模型肺部炎症。

The Effect of Digangpingchuan Decoction on COPD of the Pathological Changes of Lung Tissue in Rat Model of Acute Attack

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anus drip Pingchuan decoction on COPD of the pathological changes of lung tissue in rat model of acute attack. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group, prednisone group ,anus dropping Pingchuan decoction high dose group, anus dropping Pingchuan decoction middle dose group,anus dropping Pingchuan decoction low dose group, 10 rats in each group. Passive cigarette smoking and intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide COPD rat model was established by acute attack.HE staining to The pathologic changes of rats were observe by HE staining. Results: In model group,lung infiltration of inflammatory cells,vascular dilatation and congestion,alveolar septal thickening,alveolar wall fracture were formed by the fusion of alveolar emphysema, compensatory emphysema. Anus drip Pingchuan decoction treatment group,the infiltration of inflammatory cells reduced,there is obviously improved compared with model group. Conclusion: Anus drip Pingchuan decoction can relieve the pathological damage of lung, effectively alleviate the model of pulmonary inflammation in COPD rats,acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and reduce the.
