舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

目的 探讨舒肝解郁胶囊与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将90例老年抑郁症患者随机分为3组,每组30例,A组口服舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗,B组口服舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,C组口服帕罗西汀治疗,观察4周.采用汉密顿抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应.结果 治疗后3组汉密顿抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.01）;A组治疗各时段均较B组、C组下降更显著（P＜0.01）;治疗4周末A组显效率显著高于B组和C组（P＜0.05）,3组有效率比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.3组不良反应均轻微.结论 舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症起效快,疗效显著,安全性高,优于单用舒肝解郁胶囊及单用帕罗西汀治疗.

A control study of Shugan Jieyu capsule plus paroxetine in senile depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Shugan Jieyu capsule plus paroxetine in senile depression. Methods Ninety patients with senile depression were randomly assigned to three groups of 30 ones each, group A took orally Shugan Jieyu capsule plus paroxetine, B did Shugan Jieyu capsule and C did paroxetine for 4 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Selfrating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results After treatment the HAMD and SAS scores of 3 groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01） ; the HAMD and SAS scores of all time-points lowered more significantly in group A than B and C （P〈0.01） ; at the end of the 4th week obvious effective rate was significantly higher in group A than B and C （P〈0.05）, there were no significant group differences in effective rate （P〉 0.05）. Adverse reactions of 3 groups were mild. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsules plus paroxetine takes effect more rapidly and have an evident effect and higher safety compared with single Shugan Jieyu capsule or paroxetine in senile depression.
