激励模式护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的 探讨激励模式护理干预对长期住院男性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响.方法 将86例长期住院男性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组43例,均予以精神科常规治疗及护理,研究组在此基础上采用激励模式开展护理干预.观察2 a.于干预前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表评定干预效果.结果 干预后研究组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.01）,住院精神病人社会功能评定量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.01）,对照组则无显著变化;同期两组间比较,干预前差异无显著性（P＞0.05）,干预后差异有显著性（P＜0.05或0.01）.结论 在药物治疗的基础上,应用激励模式开展护理干预能显著改善长期住院男性精神分裂症患者的社会功能,优于单用药物治疗.

Effects of incentive pattern nursing intervention on the social function of long hospitalized schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of incentive pattern nursing intervention on the social function of long hospitalized schizophrenics. Methods Eighty-six long hospitalized male schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 43 ones each, both groups received routine psychiatric treatment and nursing, on this basis research group did incentive pattern nursing intervention for 2 years. Intervention effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI） before and after intervention. Results After intervention the PANSS total and each factor score lowered more significantly （P〈0.01） and the SSPI total and each factor score heightened （P〈0.01） in research group compared with pre-intervention, those had no notable changes in control group （P〉0.05） ; intergroup differences weren＇t significant before intervention （P〉0.05）, but were significant after intervention （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion On the basis of drug treatment developing incentive pattern nursing intervention could effectively improve social function of long hospitalized schizophrenics compared with single drug treatment.
