中医治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的药物研究

目的统计近16年中医治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕（VBIV）的药物频次，以探寻对该病有效的主要药物组成。方法对1994年至2010年以来中医药汤剂治疗VBIV的文献进行整理，建立数据库。将药物按功用分类，进行频次和频率统计，以累积频率超过50％的各类药物组成高频药物子库。对VBIV的治疗药物进行统计研究。结果近16年中医治疗VBIV的常用药物种类包括补益药、活血化瘀药、平肝息风药、止咳化痰平喘药、利水渗湿药、清热药，同时析出了治疗该病高频药物。结论益气养血、滋阴息风、化瘀祛痰是现代医家治疗VBIV的主导思想。

Research on TCM Herbs for Treatment of Vertebrobasflar Insufficient Vertigo

Objective： To analyze the frequency of TCM herbs for vertebrobasilar insufficient vertigo （VBIV）, so as to find out the effective TCM herbs and their combination for this disease. Methods： Documents about treating VBIV by TCM decoctions published between January 1994 and December 2010 were collected and a database of TCM herbs for treating VBIV was established. The drugs were divided into groups by functions and their frequen- cies were counted. The drugs with an accumulative frequency over 50% were included into a sub-database. Re- suits： The main herbs for treating VIBV in past 16 years were those for nourishing,blood-activating and stasis- resolving ,liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing ,phlegm-resolving, dampness-draining and heat-clearing. The drugs with high frequency were selected. Conclusion： Replenishing qi and blood, nourishing yin and extinguish- ing wind, expelling phlegm and blood stasis are the main therapies of modern TCM practitioners to treat the disease.
