| 摘 要： | 通过对古今文献的梳理，从痹证的病名、病因病机、论治对其源流与发展进行研究考证。探析痹证病名的历史发展沿革，从正气亏虚、外邪侵袭、痰浊瘀血阻滞3方面总结历代医家对痹证病因病机的认识，并对不同时期痹证的治法进行探讨，以期能够拓宽思路、指导临床。

| Abstract: | By sorting out the ancient literature about arthralgia syndrome,the origin and the development of it were researched from 3 aspects including the disease name, the etiology and pathogenesis and the treatment meth- ods. The historical development of arthralgia syndrome was analyzed. Meanwhile,these knowledges were summa- rized including the deficiency of vital qi, the external evil invasion and the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis by Chinese medicine of the past dynasties. The treatments for different periods of it were inquired in purpose of in- crease our thinking and guideing clinical. |
