| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药结合治疗脑卒中合并认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为针药组和药物组，药物组给予尼莫地平口服，针药组在此基础上给予电针百会、神庭穴治疗。结果针药组总有效率为91．67％，高于药物组的76．67％（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组MMSE量表评分均较治疗前改善（P〈0．01），组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论电针百会、神庭穴联合药物治疗脑卒中合并认知功能障碍疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on stroke patients with cognitive impairment. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medication group,drug group were given oral nimodipine, acupuncture group was treated on the basis of acupunc- ture Baihui,shenting treatment. Results： Acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness was 91.67% ;the medicine group the total effective rate was 76.67% ,the efficiency of two groups have significant difference （P〈 0.05） ;the two groups after treatment MMSE score before and after treatment to compare the group with a very significant difference （P〈 0.01）,the two groups were compared a very significant difference （P〈 0.01）. Conclu- sion： Treatment of acupuncture Baihui,shenting combined drug stroke cognitive impairment and clinical curative effect is better than the simple drug group. |
