住院精神病患者精神药物应用时点调查

目的 了解住院精神病患者精神药物应用状况,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法 应用自制调查表对423例住院精神病患者精神药物应用状况进行时点调查.结果 本组患者抗精神药物应用率为98.8％,应用频率排名前5位药物依次为氯氮平（19.1％）、利培酮（17.0％）、阿立哌唑（16.1％）、氯丙嗪（15.8％）、奥氮平（15.6％）;抗抑郁剂应用频率排名前2位依次为舍曲林（1.7％）、帕罗西汀（0.5％）;镇静催眠药物应用频率排名前3位依次为氯硝西泮（11.4％）、阿普唑仑（8.0％）、右佐匹克隆（3.8％）;心境稳定剂应用频率由高到低依次为丙戊酸钠（18.0％）、碳酸锂（2.8％）、苯妥英钠（2.1％）.结论 住院精神病患者精神药物的应用趋于新型化.

Point survey of psychotropic drug use among psychiatric inpatients

Objective To investigate the use status of psychotropic drugs among psychiatric inpatients in order to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods Point surveys were conducted using self-designed questionnaire among 423 psychiatric inpatients. Results Use rate of antipsychotics was 98.8%, the first 5 use frequencies of antipsychotics were in turn clozapine （19.15%）, risperidone （17.02%）, aripiprazole （16.08%）, chloropromazine （15.8%） and olanzapine （15.15%） ; the first 2 of antidepressants were sertraline （1.7 %） and paroxetine （0.5 %） ; the first 3 of sedative-hypnotic drugs were clonazepam （11.4%）, alprazolam （8.04%） and eszopiclone （3.8%） ; use frequency of mood stabilizers were in turn sodium valproate （18.0%）, lithium carbonate （2.8%） and phenytoin sodium （2.1%）. Conclusion Uses of psychiatric drugs of inpatients with psychoses tend to new type.
