住院官兵心理防御机制研究

目的 了解军队医院住院官兵的心理防御机制,为临床干预提供依据.方法 对254名军队医院的住院官兵（研究组）及250名心身健康官兵（对照组）采用防御方式问卷进行测评分析.结果 研究组不成熟防御机制总均分及投射、潜意显现、抱怨、幻想、退缩和躯体化防御方式均分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）,中间型防御机制总均分及回避、理想化、隔离、同一化、消耗倾向防御方式均分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）,成熟防御机制评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论 军队医院住院官兵心理防御机制存在严重缺陷,在处理问题时多采用不成熟或中间型防御方式.

Psychological defense mechanisms of hospitalized officers and soldiers

Objective To investigate the psychological defense mechanism of hospitalized officers and soldiers in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Defense Style Questionnaire （DSQ） in 254 hospitalized officers and soldiers in military hospital （study group） and 250 psychosomatic health ones （control group）. Results The total average score of immature defense mechanism and average score of projection, acting out, complaining, fantasy, withdrawal and somatization were significantly higher （P〈0. 05 or 0.01） and the total average score of middle defense mechanisms and average score of avoidance, idealistic, isolation, identity, consumption tendency higher （P〈 0.05or 0. 01） in study than control group, there was no significant group difference in mature defense mechanism score （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Psychological defense mechanisms of hospitalized officers and soldiers have serious defects, they usually adopt immature or intermediate defense style to settle problems.
