| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合疗法对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍临床疗效。方法60例卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用地黄饮子加减、头舌体针、康复训练治疗，对照组采用常规西医基础治疗及康复训练治疗。结果治疗组荧光吞钡造影评分明显高于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论中西结合疗法治疗中风后吞咽障碍有显著改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of the integrated TCM and western medicine on dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 60 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group with Modified Dihuang Decoction, acupuncture and rehabilitation training and the control group with rehabilitation training. Results： The score of the fluorescence angiography after swallowing barium in the treatment group was higher significantly than that in the control group. Conclusion： It is effective of the integrated TCM and western medicine on dysphagia after stroke. |
