化瘀通腑开窍法对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的影响及疗效观察

目的观察化瘀通腑开窍法对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的影响及临床疗效。方法选择急性脑梗死患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上，给予化瘀通腑开窍方，采用神经功能缺损程度评分结合疗效指数进行评价，并于试验前、试验后检测血清一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（ET）水平。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），NO水平明显升高．ET水平明显下降，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗组变化更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论化瘀通腑开窍法能够降低血清ET水平，增加血清NO水平，从而改善内皮舒缩功能，增加临床显效率。

Effect of Huayutongfukaiqiao Method on Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To observe the effect of the Huayutongfukaiqiao method on vascular endothelial function of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was used the Huayutongfukaiqiao Decoction besides that routine therapies used in 2 groups. The contents including NO and ET and the score of neurological deficits were detected in 2 groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile, in the treatment group, the NO contents were increased and the ET levels were decreased. There were some statistical differences in 2 groups about these indices. Conclusion： It can improve the vascular endothelial function and the clinical effective rate that the Huavutonafukaiaiao method can increase the NO level and decrease the ET content.
