| 摘 要： | 目的观察伸直型桡骨远端骨折夹板中立位固定的临床效果。方法将92例新鲜闭合性桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例，手法复位后观察组中立位固定，对照组掌屈尺偏位固定，观察两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），并发症发生率观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中立位固定伸直型桡骨远端骨折疗效确切、稳定性好、并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of neutral fixation splint fractures on the distal radial. Methods： 92 cases of fresh closed fracture of the distal radius were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group. Manipulative reduction and splint external fixation group were observed in neutral position ,fixed. The control group Cotton-Lorder position was fixed, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment group significantly enjoyed better effect than the control group （P〈 0.05）,the complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Neutral fixation of distal radial fractures enjoyed efficacy ,good sta- bility, less complications. |
