孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床疗效

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大(AH)的可行性及临床疗效。方法选择2010年6月至2012年6月我院收治的上气道咳嗽综合征合并AH患儿120例,依据随机对照原则分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例),所有病例使用抗生素治疗及对症治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗16周,对照组同期给予安慰剂。观察两组患儿治疗前后咳嗽持续天数、呼吸相关睡眠障碍症状指标评分及腺样体/鼻咽比值(A/N比值)的改变。结果所有患者均顺利完成16周治疗。观察组治疗前后咳嗽持续天数、呼吸相关睡眠障碍症状指标评分及A/N比值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组治疗前上述指标比较差异无统计学意义,与治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠用于治疗上气道咳嗽综合征合并儿童腺样体肥大疗效显著,能有效减少咳嗽持续的天数,改善睡眠障碍症状,缩小腺样体体积。

Clinical study on montelukast treatment for adenoidal hypertrophy in children

Objective To study the clinical feasibility and the clinical effect of montelukast on adenoidal hypetrophy(AH)in children.Methods 120 children in our hospital with upper respiratory cough syndrome complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy were selected from June 2010 to June 2012.The children were divided into experiment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)based on the random control principle.Symptomatic therapy together with antibiotics were used for both groups,while montelukast was added to experiment group for a total of 16 weeks and placebo was added to control group.The duration time of cough symptoms and respiratory related sleep disorder score and adenoid/pharyngeal ratio(A/N ratio)were measured.Results All the children finished the treatment in 16 weeks successfully.There was significant difference in sleep disorder score,cough days and the ratio of A/N in the experiment group before and after the therapy(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in sleep disorder score,cough days and the ratio of A/N in the control group before and after the therapy(P>0.05);before the therapy,there was no significant difference for all the above-mentioned index between the experiment group and the control group,while after the therapy,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast has good clinical effect in children with upper respiratory cough syndrome complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy,it is able to reduce cough days,and improve the sleep disorder and reduced the size of the adenoid.
