摘    要:近年来,随着动脉硬化检测仪的问世,脉搏波传导速度(PWV)被认为是可以准确检测动脉硬化的无创性指标之一。临床实践表明,降压药能有效地降低血压,使颈股脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)降低,改善动脉弹性;降脂药除降低血脂外,还具有辅助降压、降低cfPWV、改善动脉弹性的作用,即具有独立于"降脂"之外的非降脂作用。因此,凡能够降低血压或降低血脂的药物均能使cfPWV降低,改善动脉弹性。因而,作为无创性检查手段之一,cfPWV既是判定大动脉弹性的金标准,也可作为评估药物疗效的金指标。

Research of drug effects on carotid femoral pulse wave velocity
Abstract:Pulse wave velocity(PWV)is regarded as one of the non-invasive index that can make arteriosclerosis detection accurately with the invention of the arteriosclerosis detector in recent years.Clinical practice shows that antihypertensive drugs can lower blood pressure effectively,decelerate carotid femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV)and improve arterial elasticity;Lipid-lowering drugs can not only lowers blood-cholesterol levels but also have the same effects mentioned above as antihypertensive drugs,that means it has other effects over and above lower blood-cholesterol.For this reason,both antihypertensive drugs and lipid-lowering drugs can decelerate cfPWV and improve arterial elasticity.So,as one of the non-invasive detection,cfPWV is the golden standard of artery elasticity and the golden index of drug efficacy.
