532激光联合和血明目片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床研究

目的探讨532激光联合应用和血明目片口服治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2012年3月在我院诊断为视网膜静脉阻塞进行532激光光凝治疗的病例79例(79眼),并按要求用药复查且资料完整,其中治疗组43例(43眼),激光后联合应用和血明目片口服治疗;对照组36例(36眼),激光后给予复方丹参片口服治疗。治疗3个月后复查,包括视力、眼底和眼底荧光血管造影检查。结果治疗组的显效率高于对照组(65.1%vs.47.2%,P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(93.0%vs.75.0%,P<0.05)。结论 532激光联合应用中成药和血明目片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞能够更好地促进积血吸收,改善眼底微循环,减少副作用,提高视功能。

Clinical study of 532 laser combined with hexuemingmu tablet on the retinal vein occlusion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 532 laser combined with hexuemingmu tablet on the retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods A retrospective study from March 2010 to March 2012 of 79 patients with 79 eyes in our hospital diagnosed as RVO treated with 532 laser photocoagulation(according to the requirements of medication review and data integrity) were randomized into treatment group(43 cases,43 eyes) and control group(36 cases,36 eyes),they were treated with 532 laser combined with hexuemingmu tablet and compound danshen tablet respectively.The visual acuity,Fundus and FFA were reviewed after 3 months.Results The marked effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(65.1% vs.47.2%,P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.0% vs.75.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion 532 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine,hexuemingmu tablet in the RVO treatment can better promote hemorrhage absorption,fundus microcirculation and visual function,reduce side effects.
