| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT对胆囊癌的诊断准确率.方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的20例胆囊癌的CT表现.结果软组织肿块型胆囊癌10例,占50%;腔内型肿块6例,占30%;胆囊壁增厚型4例,占20%;术前CT诊断正确率为65%(13/20).结论CT扫描不仅能正确诊断绝大多数胆囊癌患者,而且可鉴别肿瘤类型.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the accuracy of CT for diagnosing the gall bl adder carcinoma.Methods CT findings of 20 patients with surgically and pathologi cally proved gallbladder carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 2 0 cases,gallbladder carcinoma of soft tissue mass type was found in 10 cases(50 %),intraluminal mass type in 6(30 %),and thickened wall type in 4(20 %).The a ccuracy of preoperative CT diagnosis was 65 %(13/20).Conclusion CT scans can no t only correctly diagnose the most patients with gallbladder carcinoma but can d ifferentiate the tumor type. |
