| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT诊断睾丸扭转的影像表现及临床价值。方法:8例手术病理证实睾丸扭转所致出血坏死,且全部CT平扫。结果:1例睾丸肿大,5例睾丸出血,1例睾丸出血、坏死混杂,1例隐睾出血、坏死混杂。结论:CT能够明确诊断睾丸扭转,对诊断睾丸扭转具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the image findings and clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of testicle trosion.Methods:8 patients with hemorrhagic necrosis resulted from testicle torsion were confirmed by operation and pathology,and performed with CT horizontal scanning.Results:One case was testicle tumefaction,5 cases testicle hemorrhage,one case hemorrhage confused with necrosis and one case recessive testicle hemorrhage confused with necrosis.Conclusion:CT can definifely diagnose testicle torsion,and has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of this disease. |
