| 摘 要： | 目的了解冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后的遵医行为,提出对策。方法自行设计调查问卷,对361例冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后的服药情况、饮食治疗、运动治疗、戒烟酒、定期复查等情况作调查。结果97.2%患者能坚持服用阿司匹林,但服用ACEI和他汀类药的依从性较差,53.7%患者坚持合理饮食,39.1%患者坚持适量运动,90.9%患者戒烟酒,48.7%患者坚持复查,42.4%患者能定期检测血压、血脂、血糖。结论冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后遵医行为较差,必须建立长期有效的干预机制,提高患者的遵医行为。
